The administration of the affairs of the Cape Royal Association is handled by a volunteer Board of Directors who are residents of Cape Royal. This 7-member Board is elected by the Association Members and holds a 3-year term. All powers and duties granted by law, as modified and explained in the Declaration, Articles, and Bylaws, are exercised by the Board, subject to approval or consent of the residential members only when such is specifically required.
The association holds regular Board meetings at the Cape Royal Golf Club (Clubhouse) on the third Tuesday of each month, generally at 7 PM. Exceptions to this schedule include December, which is held on the second Tuesday, and February, for the Annual Membership Meeting and for which the date/location will be announced prior to the meeting. Meeting dates are also occasionally adjusted to accommodate special events. Click the Meeting Info button, above, for specific date, time and location.
Prior to each monthly meeting, the current month's agenda is emailed to all residents via the Block Captains.
