BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The administration of the affairs of the Cape Royal Association is handled by a volunteer Board of Directors who are residents of Cape Royal.  This 7-member Board is elected by the Association Members and holds a 3-year term.  All powers and duties granted by law, as modified and explained in the Declaration, Articles, and Bylaws, are exercised by the Board, subject to approval or consent of the residential members only when such is specifically required. 

 

The association holds regular Board meetings at the Cape Royal Golf Club (Clubhouse) on the third Tuesday of each month, generally at 7 PM. Click the Meeting Info button, above, for specific time and location.

Exceptions: December date will be the second Tuesday. The February meeting, which is the Annual Membership Meeting, will be announced prior to the meeting.  Click the link for dates and times.

Prior to each monthly meeting, the current month's agenda is emailed to all residents via the Block Captains.

The HOA Board Meeting Minutes are posted to a password-protected page of the website, which is accessed from the button above. Residents should contact their block captain for the current password.
