Committee Background and Responsibilities
The Roads and Lighting Committee was formed in 2007 when the HOA assume ownership of the community. Roads and lighting in common easement areas and road right-of-ways to private property are the responsibility of this committee. The committee meets as needed. Their committee responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure all roads in the community, which is community private property, are adequately maintained, including remediation and repair as needed
Ensure all lighting in the common areas, which is the community's private property, is operational
Understand the issues relative to its scope responsibilities by communicating with the BOD and HOA membership.
Develop and manage the approved annual Budget.
Develop tactical plans specific to the budget, committee plans and objectives.
Execute plans utilizing project management skills.
Manage BOD approved 3rd party contracts.
Periodically assess future requirements of the Committee’s long range planning and communicating to the Board.
