VACANT LOT MAINTENANCE
Vacant lot owners within Cape Royal are given the choice to maintain their lots either by using a private contractor or availing themselves of the service offered by our HOA. Owners using our service come under the auspices of the Vacant Lots committee. When using the HOA service, vacant lots are mowed 18 times a year. These charges are billed annually.
