Gate Hours & Security
Gate Hours are 5:15am to 6:00PM in the winter and 5:15am to 7:00PM in the summer.
For additional Gate Openers, Security Codes and other information about the Gate, contact your Block Captain.

Garbage, Recyclables and Yard Refuse
Garbage needs to be on the curb by Thursday morning at 7am.  You may place your container out the day before, but only after 4PM.

Recyclables and yard waste need to be on the curb by Friday morning at 7 am. You may place your containers out the day before, but only after 4PM.  Yard waste specifications are outlined below.

Yard waste is collected each Friday and needs to be on the curb (on YOUR lot!) by 7am. You must bundle and tie loose items or place them in bags or containers. Palm fronds can be unbundled, but must be less than 6 feet long and weigh less than 50 lbs. as a whole. If they weigh more than 50 lbs. or are longer than 6 feet, they must be cut and/or tied into bundles of no more than 50 lbs and 6 feet in length.

Our waste company is Waste Pro. They can be reached at 337-0800 if you have any specific questions on how to leave your trash for pick-up.

Annual Dues and Lot Mowing Fees
This year's Budget will be coming out in October, however 2011 association fees were $655.

Vacant lots are mowed 18 times a year for an annual fee of $234. These charges are billed yearly.
