Governing Documents
Cape Royal is a deed-restricted community. There are numerous covenants and restrictions in our governing documents which are in place to establish and maintain general appearance standards affording a certain quality and character for our community as well as maintaining property values.
It should be assumed that anyone buying into a deed-restricted community does so because the covenants and restrictions are important to them, and they expect to follow them.
We ask that you become familiar with the all the governing documents and abide by them. Your Board of Directors not only has the right to enforce them, but has a legal obligation to do so.
