The Architectural Review Board is established by the CRHOA Board of Directors with the independent authority to carry out the review, approval and enforcement of architectural plans and specifications for new construction as well as major improvements on a parcel in the community to the extent that the authority is specifically stated or reasonably inferred in the Declaration of Covenants or the published architectural guidelines approved by Board of Directors. This includes conformance to community appearance and aesthetic guidelines for exterior wall and roof colors, landscaping design, exterior enclosures, etc. The ARB ensures owner retained contractors are licensed and insured.
